He is amazing at preparing sushi the traditional way. He actually makes all the sauces from scratch and never takes the "easy way" out, he makes sure the quality is nothing less than perfection. I've seen him throw away a whole huge bowl of rice just because it was a little softer than usual. Also he prepares every roll fresh right when you order, so you can taste the difference. This Tempura here is beautiful. His food speaks for itself. He has done on-site catering for Suzuki, Toyota, and many other japanese events. So you know his food is authentic.
