Mongolian Beef

Mongolian Beef
Mongolian Beef is another really popular dish, it's flank steak sauteed with green and white onions for that sweet flavor. The beef is served on top of crunchy rice noodles. The beef is cooked slow with sugar and the sauce is homemade. A good Mongolian Beef has a little crisp around the edges of the beef. ;-)

Tempura ARTWORK ;-) Delicious and Beautiful...!!!

OUR SUSHI CHEF...
He is amazing at preparing sushi the traditional way. He actually makes all the sauces from scratch and never takes the "easy way" out, he makes sure the quality is nothing less than perfection. I've seen him throw away a whole huge bowl of rice just because it was a little softer than usual. Also he prepares every roll fresh right when you order, so you can taste the difference. This Tempura here is beautiful. His food speaks for itself. He has done on-site catering for Suzuki, Toyota, and many other japanese events. So you know his food is authentic. If you're located in Norcross, Ga or willing to drive a little bit, Come try the Sushi at Sunny China's,
I PROMISE YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!

Spicy Chili Chicken! HOTTT ;-)

THE SPICY CHILI CHICKEN!
This Chicken is an Authentic chinese dish. It's extremely spicy, sauteed dry with chili peppers and an extremely special chili sauce. This is an special dish that can only found here at Sunny Chinas. The chicken is unique because it is prepared the traditional asian way of marinating it in spices, then cookin it. This entree does contain peanuts because the peanut oil mixes nicely with the spices making the flavor and the aroma amazing. It also adds crunch. The Chicken is White Meat and the flavor is amazing, it's GREAT. You have to try it for yourself. This dish is for those that think they can take it to the next level in eating Chinese Cuisine. ;-)

Orange Chicken

The ORANGE CHICKEN is deep fried CHUNKS of WHITE MEAT CHICKEN BREAST that's sauteed in a irresistable Tangy Orange sauce w/ real grated tangerine peels for that authentic orangy flavor with just the right amount of sour taste to make you drool just by thinking about it..YUMM.

SESAME CHICKEN!

One of our really POPULAR entrees, the Sesame chicken. The sauce is tangy with a little bit of spice to give it an extra KICK. We also add a little sweetness to give it a unique flavor. The chicken is hand-battered then fried so it's fresh and it has a nice texture and a crunch. It's also all white meat chicken, so it's very lean and has a nice chew to it. And we add Broccoli for the Crunch and color and also because broccoli is delicious and healthy!

Intro To Sunny China's

Lily & Charlie opened Sunny China in Norcross,GA about 8 years ago. They are the two most hard working people you will ever meet. They are there everyday of the week, 365 days out of a year, even holidays. Lily handles the front of the restaurant making sure customers are promptly seated and well taken care of. While Charlie is in the kitchen making sure every order is made fresh and right. All orders here take a little bit longer than your average Chinese Restaurant, this is because they cook every entree fresh, right when you order. This way you can alter any dish on the menu to suit your needs. They also make a fresh batch of eggrolls everyday, because they want to give customers quality food. The dumplings(potstickers) here are some of the best in Georgia. Lily makes the dough and everything from scratch. This is rare because a lot of other restaurants take the easy route and use premade potstickers wraps or buy frozen potstickers and just boil them. She also makes specialty Dill and Pork Dumplings, Three Treasure Dumplings (Shrimp, egg, pork), and Bai Cai Dumplings. They've gotten so popular with the local community that she sells them frozen in bulk orders of 50 or more. Bao Zi(Chinese Meat Bun) often eaten as an traditional appetizer in China is also made by Lily from scratch. We have people coming over ten miles just for an order. A lot of people say the Bao Zi here reminds them of the ones they use to eat back in China.

We also only use Jumbo Shrimp for all the orders because small shrimp tends to have veins in them and usually a funny taste. As for Beef, I love Beef so I'm happy they only use Flank Steak, because of the superb quality. You can immediately taste the difference. I really wish more people will come here and dine because their food really is delicious and they deserve more business. They work hard and I've never seen them take even one day off, they are also there. So if you have a chance or happen to pass by Norcross, swing by 5270-Peachtree Pkwy; Suite 119 Norcross, GA 30092. You won't be disappointed. I'll start posting some of their entrees on a daily basis so stay tuned ;-). See you there!
